Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as name, address, email and phone number. That information is only used to ensure your order gets to you and that we can reach you should any problems with your order arise.


We do accept credit/ debit cards but we will not store this information. You should see Square's Privacy Policy to see how your information is handled on their end if purchasing from me using credit/debit cards. https://squareup.com/legal/privacy


We do send out an email newsletter (there is a box to opt in on the home page.) If you order from me, there is a chance you may receive this newsletter. If you wish to not receive any further newsletter all you need to do is reply to the newsletter "UNSUBSCRIBE" and I will personally take your email address off the newsletter list.

Refunds and Returns

If you ordered from my shop and there are issues with your order you may be eligible for refund or replacement under the following conditions:


  • Your order was damaged in transit.

 If you received your order but it arrived damaged, please contact me via  support@johnnyjettart.com with proof of damage. If the packaging is damaged I will need to see that as well. It is recommended that you keep the packaging until our team has finished reviewing the damage. In most cases you will get a replacement.

  • This is not my order! What gives?

Uh-oh that means someone on our end messed up. Please let me know if this happens. You are free to keep the one(s) you got at no extra charge to you if you decide you like it, or give it away to a friend or family member. If you want to send it back to me you can but its not required.  Still want the one(s) you ordered? I will get right on that as soon as possible. 


  • Just can't get over the quality?

First off, although written elsewhere on this site, I would like to restate that you are buying a reproduction of an artwork. Not the original piece. I would also like to say that while our printing may not be 100% perfect, the majority of our customers are very happy with the reproduction they receive. 


If you wish to return your order for this reason please send me an email within a week of the date of delivery letting me know that you will be returning your order and you would like a refund.Once I receive the order returned, I will promptly refund your money. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT YOUR ORDER RETURNED TO ME.
